At first this picture is normal, nothing wrong with it. In fact this is a deal if I saw in my local grocery store, I would defiantly take advantage of. 4 TV Dinners for 10 bucks, you cannot beat, they will also throw in an bucket of Ice cream to sweeten the deal. However, giving that fact that they dinner's brand is "Health Choice" and combining that with a bucket of ice cream might as well just beat the purpose for those health eating consumers. Even when we try to to eat healthy, the man tries to ruin that for us all.
It is like when your doctor says something like "Your cold is now gone, but now you liver cancer"

Healthy food with a free ice cream container, they have to do it that way so they can sale the healthy food before the expiration date and also not many people take the ice cream except people with kids.
